Rakesh Roshan Acharya is an accomplished technology leader and customer champion with 15 years of experience in the data analytics space. He is passionate about building the next generation of data platforms, products, and services, driving engineering excellence through innovation and seamless execution to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enable organizations to make better decisions. With 7+ years of core experience in cloud (AWS, Azure) and big data ecosystems, on-premise to cloud migrations, building data pipelines, data warehousing, and business intelligence, Rakesh has domain expertise in healthcare insurance, telecom, HR, and risk management in the BFSI domain. As an enterprise data architect, he has owned end-to-end data flow and data modeling for numerous enterprise data warehouse, data mart, and operational system projects. He has also built and maintained Power Designer/Erwin data models, documenting table structures, and object metadata. Rakesh has strong customer-facing experience in driving business-aligned digital strategy from ideation to implementation and setting up practices. He has been responsible for setting up highly performing data architecture teams and end-to-end delivery for multiple DWBI projects in big data/cloud ecosystems.
